This service is for couples that desire the guidance of KVE throughout the entire process from beginning to end. This plan includes the following, but is not limited to:
-Consultation interview
-Budget review
-Venue touring
-Development room design, style, theme and creative color pallet
-Order specialty rental and décor items
-Professional vendor referrals
-Referral with gown, bridesmaids dresses and groom's attire
-Schedule and attend vendor meetings
-Review contracts
-Hotel accommodation assistance
- Unlimited guidance via phone, text, and email
- Four scheduled planning update meetings
-Wedding rehearsal, ceremony prep
-Complete day of wedding service
-Arrange transportation needs
-Define timeline
-Coordinate reception activities
-Distribute final payments to vendors (paid by client)
-Ensure venue is clean and items removed
Mid-Knight -"Partial Service" $2300+
This service is for couples that have completed some of the planning and desire the guidance of KVE to wrap up the final details. This plan includes the following, but is not limited to:
-Consultation interview
-Budget review
-Development room design, style, theme and creative color pallet
-Order specialty rental and décor items
-Professional vendor referrals
-Schedule and attend vendor meetings
-Review contracts
- Unlimited guidance via phone, text, and email
- Two scheduled planning update meetings
-Complete day of wedding Service
-Define timeline
-Coordinate reception activities
-Distribute final payments to vendors (paid by client)
-Ensure venue is clean and items removed
Late Knight-"Day Coordinator" $1700+
This service is for couples that have completed every detail of their special day and desires KVE for the day of event only. This plan includes the following, but is not limited to:
-Attend vendor meetings
-Review contracts
- Unlimited guidance via phone, text, and email
- Two scheduled planning update meetings
-Wedding rehearsal, ceremony prep
-Complete day of wedding service
